We are the managing agents for The Waverley Business Park located in Mowbray. The Waverley is an exciting project that during 1987 - 1989 completely transformed the Waverley Blanket factory to Cape Town's first & unique multi-use business park. The complex comprises a total of 28 buildings, each with its own unique qualities, which have been subdivided to create a selection of self-contained units on the ground, first, and second-floor levels catering for a wide variety of accommodation needs.
